About the Principals:

Arthur Chapman is our principal broker, having been a top producing agent at the area's largest real estate agency for over ten years. He was born and brought up in Newport, spent time in commercial real estate in New York before returning to become a Rhode Island realtor initially based in Providence and then in Newport County, where he now lives.

David Enstone, a local businessman and entrepreneur based in Jamestown, RI, is the other principal business partner. He is British by origin having moved to the USA in 1993 with a background in senior company management and most recently in major corporate turnarounds.
