About Us:

I am a University of Maryland graduate and a long-time Maryland resident. I worked for FNMC, a division of National City, now a part of PNC for almoste 7 years, before moving on to First Home Mortgage. The acquisition of National City by PNC changed a lot of how the organization was run and I no longer felt confident that I would be able to provide the excellent service that my clients deserve. First Home Mortgage far exceeded my expectations with their excellent management and support staff. We function unlike any large bank in the country, because we still have our processors, underwriters and closers in our office. I can get tough loans done faster, with my underwriters in the office to help make deals happen! My true passion is working with first time buyers and helping them purchase their first house. The joy and excitement that comes from owning your own home is amazing. But with current market conditions many people are afraid to jump into home ownership and it has become more difficult to obtain financing, but the truth is that there has never been a better time to buy. Rates are at an all-time low, there are still loan programs that allow you to buy with little to no money out-of-pocket and homes are selling for much less than they have in past years. I am married to a Police Officer, my youngest brother is a Marine, I have a lot of Navy family members, father works for the Army and my mother and sister-in-law are teachers. We are all dedicated to serving our communities in different ways. I live in Anne Arundel County, used to live in Howard county (and still have a house there), my office is in Prince George's county, which is also where my parents live and where I grew up. I can do loans in most states, but primarily work in the local market of Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.
