About Us:

 Cozy Home Rental Mgmt is a full service property management company specializing in rental property in Shawnee County Kansas.  We are small enough to give personalized service to our clients but large enough to provide GREAT property management.  We started out with our own rental properties and have grown into managing all aspects of rentals (homes, apartments, office space).  We maintain adequate administrative & maintenance staff and are able to add staff quickly if needed.  We have over 10 years of experience in the rental business and have mastered many processes.  We also specialize in locating and evaluating investment properties for our clients.

Areas of Expertise

Cozy Home Rental Mgmt is full service management.  We manage single family homes, commercial spaces (primarily office space) and apartment complexes.  We will only accept properties that are in "rentable" condition or the owner must be willing to have funds available to make the repairs.  Our maintenance staff is experienced in all areas of maintenance and repair (plumbing, electrical, painting, wall repair, landscaping, full remodels, etc).  We are able to provide on-site administrative staff at apartment complexes over 40 units, if desired by the owner.  Our fees are based on "collected rents."  The cost of parts and materials are not marked up... the cost is simply passed on to the client.  We maintain very aggressive advertising using signage, print media, internet sites, referrals, etc.  Our call volume exceeds 100 calls daily.   All property management arrangements can be tailored to the clients needs.
