Leigh has been active in real estate since 1996. 90% of her time is spent in residential sales while the other 10% is spent on community service and real estate training.

Why Leigh?

Leigh began her career selling exclusively Farm & Ranch properties.  As land became scarce she migrated into residential development.  Now, Leigh's business is primarily residential sales.  She holds education, ethics and professionalism above all else in business.  "Whether we agree with what they want or not, it is the client's decision/money.  So, our job is to help them get what they want and be fully informed about it.", says Leigh.

Leigh also occassionally instructs real estate and motivational courses.  In the past she taught pre-licensing for Weatherford College and is currently on the Texas Association of REALTORS faculty. Leigh has received many awards from her peers as well as production awards throughout the years.

Your clients will be in good hands with Leigh and you will be "in the loop" regarding their transaction.  Leigh says, "I enjoy working with other REALTORS.  I'd rather pay a referral fee to a REALTOR and have a confidante in the transaction than pay a fee to a relocation company and be given extra work from someone who doesn't understand our market or what we do."
