On April 17, 2024, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported homes values were higher 3.1% to the price of $594,250 in March of 2024 from price of $576,500 in February of 2024, and rose 7.1% from price of $555,000 in March of 2023 in Inland Empire, California.
