Q. I have a Unique Log Home in Otisfield Maine on Saturday Pond. Does anyone have suggestions on where to direct my marketing efforts? I've got it on all the List Hub sites, Realtor.com, Prudential Nationwide, MY personal site and a dedicated blog site. So far no responses from anyone.

Buyers tend to stay away from For Sale By Owners, also known as FSBOS. This is because they do not like to deal direct with the seller especially when it comes to negotiating. They also know the seller is trying to save money on the commission by selling it themselves. If you want a referral for an agent, let me know and my relocatation department can set you up with a top agent in your area.

I am getting much more response from Postlets.com than Realtor.com lately. Lot's of inquiries. It's a free e-flyer site that lets you make an online brochure which you can post to your facebook or other sites like that. I too use a great deal of other sites but this is the one that's making the phone ring. Post all your listings on there.
