Q. Do any real estate agents that sell commercial real estate also do the mortgage loans or do you have a list of brokers for that?

We refer several commercial loan officers to our clients who are interested in commercial loans.  It would be a rare exception to find an agent who also does mortgage loans.  That also presents some ethical boundry issues.  Commerical loans are not easy to get in this climate but we always have a few very experienced folks we can refer people to.
