Your best bet is to find a Real Estate Attorney to answer your question. Taking title can be a tricky thing and real estate attorneys will be able to advise you much better

Great answers above.  There are many variables to taking title.  Best to seek expert advice of a real estate attorney!  Best of luck!

Corporations buy and sell real estate every day in every town across America.  It isn't all that tricky.  Corporations are legal "persons", just as an individual.  They have legal names just as you do.  That legal name is contained in the paperwork for the corporation.  Ask for guidence from one or more of the professionals standing around the transaction; your CPA or other tax advisor, your title company or the attorney for the title company.

Best Wishes!

They will normally take title in the legal name of the corporation. The title agent will work through this with you and it's also a good idea to discuss this with your corporations cpa and attorney.
