Q. We placed a bid on a foreclosure and were told that the bid was accepted. Have a buyer for our home. When we go to the office they said the bid was not accepted and showed us 2 emails. Then they say that there is another bid on the property. Is this good business and does it happen often.?

Depends on the process for the foreclosure. If your agent was required to submit the bid, they should have proof they submitted. If you were out bid, do you know if there were multiple offers? I'd be asking your Agent, and then he/she's broker some serious questions.
