Q. Can I as personal representative of an Estate list a property with a broker, if one of the beneficiaries of the Estate has filed a Lis Pendens on the property?

The listing process should not be interrupted or interfered with by the Lis Pendens but the actual sale of the property cannot happen, neither can it close, without the Lis Pendens being settled prior to closing the transaction.
