Q. Should we leave the house sit on the market through the winter (it is currently vacant) or pull it & re-list as a "new" listing with a lower price in the spring?

Many times keeping the home on the market through the winter gives you a better chance of selling.  While some sellers are withdrawing their homes, yours will be one that they can still purchase.
