Q. I have a question regarding putting my home for sale listing through the flat free mls&nbsp;listing company <a href="http://netrealtynow.com/">http://netrealtynow.com/</a>.<br><br>The broker mentioned that its cheaper because he&nbsp;will take a fixed amount and he can put my&nbsp;lisiting on the&nbsp;mris&nbsp;mls website. <br><br>Is it ok to go through this company or an agent?<br><br>Thanks!<br><br>
