Q. Can another company advertise an agents listings in their company brochure? There is no mention as to whose listing it is, just a photo taken from the listing agents MLS listing, a description, and the MLS number.

Another company can advertise, they do have to give credit somewhere to the listing firm and have written permission from the listing firm to do so.
