Have you thought about renting out the home you live in now?  I know a lot of people hesitate about becoming a landlord but in your case it can help you.  If you want to know more please contact me, the real estate company I am with also offers property management.  We will find quality tenants, run credit checks, collect security deposit and monthly rent.  You will have the final say on who actually gets to rent your property.  contact me if you are interested.
