Q. I am buying property that has a nonexclusive egress and ingress, will it still be legal if the orginial owners, do not own the property

You need an attorney to check on this for you.  If the right to use another piece of property for access (called an easement) was properly recorded, then it passes with the land; ie, it is binding on each owner who buys that piece of property.  If it wasn't properly recorded, you may have a problem.  Good luck!
