Q. where can I join, sign up with class action lawsuit against bank of america

Usually, on these large class actions, once it gets to the point of a judgement being entered, the members of the effected class are contacted.  You are bound to have gotten some kind of mailing about something in the past, telling you that you may have a claim, etc etc.

The other alternative is to just Google "BOA Class Action" and follow those links until you get information that proves helpful.  Here is a link that I found.

It suggests that you contact a law firm, but it doesn't give you the contact information.  I predict that you could google the firm name and get to the contact information pretty quickly.
