Good morning,

If you were pre-qualified for an FHA loan you should be able to buy a home, although there are some other factors to consider before diving in.  Check out this link, HUD, for some basic but important guidelines.

If you need any further help, I am always available.  Good luck finding the perfect home.

If there are homes in your price range, go for it. An Realtor can help you figure out if it is the right move for you.

If you are in the Chicago area, get in touch.

If you were pre-qualified for a home purchase with the FHA financing program, there is no reason you shouldn't be able to purchase as long as you haven't made any changes in your finances, credit or employment.  Please let me know if you have other questions.
