Q. How does one get started in vacation home rental and what all is needed

I assume the spot has quite a few rentals. I would begin my search online. Contact the owner or get in touch with a real estate agency to help you. Research the location and have someone take pictures and a video so you can decided if you like the place.

Submitted 07/02/12 09:17 AM Cal, the spot has only one or two rentals ,Iam the owner. it is a blink of an eye from Kentuck Knob House that Frank Lyodd Write designed. Ohiopyle State park is near and lodging is limited. there is a lot to do here Fort Necessitey National Battle Ground ,Nemicolin Woodlands ,The Yough Damn ,Falling Water maybe five miles Another FranK Lyodd Write Design,also Laurel Caverns Iam not so good at typing please bare with me The home is in need of alittle tlc but i beleive it would pay off .very minor repares .It was my home growing up it is about 48 years old my dad built it from a Albee home kit it was keept very well and clean so up dating is one of its needs I am looking for some pics if I cannot find any I will take some later on thank You for your time Jeanie
