Q. I would like to start reaching out to more investors. I currently have an e newsletter that is already created by Fidelity Home Warranty and they send it to me on a monthly basis. Does anyone know a company that does that but primarily focused on investors and property management?

The first thing you need to find out is: "What do my investors really want to see and/or read?"

In other words, we can spend a lot of time and effort coming up with a great solution and/or product; but, if your solution or product doesn't address the primary issue, then....

This will become extremely important when you get what you need from the title company.
