If you are licensee using Bandit Signs are a violation of the Code of Ethics and Texas Real Estate Law.

SOP 12-5: REALTORS® shall not advertise nor permit any person employed by or affiliated with them to advertise real estate services or listed property in any medium (e.g., electronically, print, radio, television, etc.) without disclosing the name of that REALTOR®’s firm in a reasonable and readily apparent manner.

TREC Rules 535.154: An advertisement placed where it is likely to attract the attention of passing motorists or pedestrians must contain language that clearly and conspicuously identifies the person publishing the advertisement as a real estate broker or agent.

If you're not a licensee you're not subject to these rules.
