Q. looking for investors for buyers list.what's a good area for wholesales

Prince William County has the most affordable property in the area, although folks are investing all over depending on the amount of money they have to put down.

Investors are harder to come by now that prices have risen from the bottom of 2009 and there are fewer bank owned foreclosed properties for them to pursue.
