Q. I have a VA loan on a property in East Windsor, CT that I want to refinance. I am no longer living in the home and it is now an investment property. I know a VA streamline is possible I just haven't found a lender that offers this product.

Yes you can do a VA Streamline Refinance on a property that you currently have a VA loan on, and do not live in the property.  You do have to be current on the mortgage for the last 12 months.

And we at McCue Mortgage do VA Streamline Refinances.
