Q. Hi Y'all! Are any of you members of the Real Estate Agent Directory on Facebook? Trying to evaluate how legit it is and beneficial. Thanks! https://www.facebook.com/realestateagentdirectory

Nope - I use my CRS, ABR, SFR, RSPS connections as well as people that I meet on AR.  I go back to that KLT thing that the buyers/sellers use.  Is this someone that I Know, Like, or Trust.  When you're referring a valuable client/customer (and they're all valuable these days) I want to have confidence that the Realtor has my same type of commitment, professionalism, and ethics.  I'm not saying that facebook lists don't have good Realtors, I just think that it's become easy to "like" and click and add your name there.  Just my opinion.

Thanks Susan. I was thinking more from the side of being found by clients versus a referral network. I have a very solid referral network through my company, but this would be more for finding future prospects. Curious if anyone has used it. Thanks so much for responding!
