I always say that anything can happen. If you work hard and maybe have a little bit a of luck at times 4 homes in a week can definitely be possible. As long as buyers can get your info and you can get quality motivated buyers, then the sky is the limit.

I always work my hardest to get things closed for my realtors so that the can keep focusing on the next deal. That's always key to success. Happy Home Buying.

I have done it back in the days 2001 but in this market with low inventory it is more difficult. To many buyers and not enough homes. Closing 4 loans a week is what to concentrate on now by serving all of CA with FHA loan that require al little as 500 fico for 10% down or minimum 580 fico qualifies for only Half Percent down. Yes, only $500 down per $100k purchase price.
