Q. My name is Grace Culver, i advertise Real Estate so I am not familar with the in/out of foreclosure. I had a customer pose a question that i could not answer so I thought I would run it by the experts. This customer had a foreclosure five years ago in Michigan and would like to buy again. Foreclosure was due to a adjustable interest rate that made her basically abandon the home. What are the chances of her getting another mortgage.

Chances are pretty good. Have them contact a lender to find out for sure.
