Q. If a house is for sale through a trust account in Texas what type of information are they required to disclose?

If the property is being lived in or if the seller knows alot about the property, then a sellers disclosure notice will need to be filled out. This describes everything the seller knows about the property from a condition stand point, any repairs or claims that were made, as well as common informational things about the property like if its all electric, has Central air and heat, wired for sattelite etc.

What they know. A home in Trust can be exempt from disclosures however. If your agent knows, he must disclose. Treat people honestly and you'll sleep just fine.
