Q. Are there any agents/brokers offering CASH BACK (typically 1%) to buyers in the Stockton market? We have a very good idea on what property will be purchased, so this is more or less a simple case of show, and write the offer.

Submitted 10/11/12 04:06 PM Of course - we bought from Zip Realty back in the early 2000s and got a very large check rebate - they offered buyers a percentage of their commission as an incentive to use them!
