Q. do you know of a good 100% shop in Seattle, my sister is moving there and is looking for a place to hang her license

She should check for the nearest Keller Williams office to the neighborhood she's moving to. KW's not set up as 100% office per-se but she should check it out (I bet if she wanted to pay a monthly desk fee, rather than splits on her transactions, she could, but since there's max dollar amount  any agent has to pay a KW office - there's not too much economic sense in paying a desk fee). In other word is usually only takes me 3 or 4 months to CAP each year and then I don't have to pay a monthly desk fee or pay any more splits) Thus she should just check into what KW has to offer is she's looking to optimize her bottom line.
