I turn down business sometimes. Here are some examples:
I discouraged sellers from listing their home right now because they simply can't afford to sell without digging a financial hole they won't soon climb out of.

Trulia Allows you to enter your Profile on All YOUR Listings - 05/22/2008 09:50 AM
Joel Burslem posted on his blog The Future of Real Estate marketing about Trulia now throwing Agents a Bone. What he means is that Trulia now allows agents to have a link to them to all of this listings.
I thought this was great news and immediately went over and attached
