Dear Wendy,
Where do we begin? How about 14 years ago when Mike and I were relocating
from the South Bay area to the Conejo Valley area, and looking for a home to buy.
Mike was on the search for a Realtor with information and found you by chance.
He walked into a realty office unannounced and how grateful we were, and are,
that it was you who was available to talk to him.
You worked with us under so many restraints: time (or the lack of it),
my only being available to look at homes on the weekends, our exact
specifics as to what we were looking for. You gave so much of your time to us.
You were ALWAYS available to us.
And then when we found the house, we had that little obstacle of me not
being sure at the last minute. We almost lost not getting the house because
of my indecision, but you worked your magic and we got it!
We got our home and we got a Realtor YOU a person of the highest integrity;
a person we quickly learned to trust, and put our faith in.
And so it was that in April, 2004 we knew exactly who we would contact to
be our Realtor for the sale of our home in Moorpark. There was never a question
as to who that Realtor would be. Never any thought to any other Realtor.
We knew our Realtor would be you.
And once again you came through for us. You provided us with thorough
and detailed explanations of the process. You provided us with information
we lacked in order for us to make decisions that were right for us.
We only wish that you were a licensed Realtor in Arizona so that
you could once again be our Realtor.
We will always be grateful to you Wendy. We will miss running into you
in the area as we have throughout these past 14 years. We will miss YOU.
Our most sincere thanks to you Wendy. You are the best!
Sincerely,
Michael and Linda Reed

Greetings,
Well, I finally am moved in, and I really love it here. I still physically smile
each time I come home down my little cul de sac. It's a great feeling! I haven't
been so proud of myself, perhaps ever. And I'm as happy as I've been in years!
I can't thank you enough for the furniture nor can I thank you enough for all of
your help through the whole ordeal of escrow. You are a no-brainer for me as a
reference.
Talk to you soon,
Brian

RE: Wendy Pickard
Troop Real Estate
During July of 2002, my husband and I needed to quickly find a place
to live in the Thousand Oaks Area when he accepted a new job position.
I searched the Internet and discovered a listing of Wendy Pickard's.
After calling her and discussing different areas and properties,
I was convinced this was the perfect person to help us.
We decided to meet with Wendy on our next trip out from Arizona and
found her to be delightful to work with. Her professionalism and
calm attitude impressed both of us. Since then, we have experienced her
consistent professionalism, honesty, and consider her to be one of high integrity.
We would not hesitate to quickly refer her to anyone who needs help in real estate.
Not only from a professional standpoint, but on a personal basis as well,
Wendy is the best!
Please call us with any questions relating to her work ethic and attention
to detail. She keeps her cool when others are losing theirs!
Sincerely,
Rick and Diane MacHale

Dear Wendy,
What a week this has been! I'm so glad we chose you to act as our agent
for the purchase of our new home. Tony and I have complete confidence
in your abilities and know that you have our best interest at heart.
Wendy, your support and attentiveness mean everything to me! I would
gladly recommend you to my friends and business associates.
Sincerely,
Janet and Tony Fales
Dear Wendy,
We just wanted to say that rarely do you come across a real estate agent that
really cares about how you sell and what you buy. You are just that person.
You really cared and wanted to achieve what we wanted. Furthermore,
you are a person that listened and heard what our needs were and had the
capability of turning it into reality for us.
Rich and I have learned this the hard way. We wanted to write you this letter
as a means of helping others so they do not have to go through the nightmare
we did before we met you.
You were our third real estate agent. We were so disenchanted about the
whole experience of sell and buying (before you) that we ended up buying a
house without a real estate agent. The place we bought was not home and
we knew we made a mistake within the first month.
You came to the rescue. We now have the home of our dreams. You are simply
WONDERFUL!!
Sincerely,
Richard and Charlotte Greenberg
2491 Ridgebrook
Wendy Pickard was our Realtor when we sold our house on Ridgebrook Place in
Thousand Oaks. She also represented us when we bought our new house we
currently own. She is a dedicated hard worker who was extremely patient and
professional as our representative.
We chose Wendy because she has extensive knowledge of the Symphony and
Braemar homes. She owned a Symphony herself. She was the Realtor we bought
our Ridgebrook Place home from and we chose her again, knowing she would
understand the neighborhood much better than most Realtors.
Wendy will always keep your best interests at heart and will represent you in a
professional way. She was always available for an open house and encouraged it,
at the expense of her own time.
When it came time for our sale, she guided us financially and psychologically and
helped us get the price we wanted.
We would recommend her highly to any prospective seller or buyer who is
looking for a Realtor.
Sincerely,
Ron and Jennifer Summers
