I have extensive experience in qualifing individuals and couples in the home buying and home building process. I have spent most of my years in this field dealing with buyers building their dream homes. My experience has allowed them to concentrate on that task instead of stressing over the loan process. I have streamlined this process with the builders that I work with and can institue it with just about any buildier. I have also had the opportunity to help people that need a little help cleaning up some mishaps in the past with their credit, I am a well rounded loan officer that works for customer because the my job isn't done when the loan closes I make friends not loans.
