Adam is originally from Philadelphia, PA, and has called the Valley of the Sun home since 1994. He most enjoys playing with his kids, golf and more playing with his kids.

Adam's experience includes years working for new homebuilding companies.  With this experience, he offers an advantage to his clients that is not available with most agents.  He understands the builder policies, and possible ways to make them work for his clients.  He knows how stressful any purchase can be, but especially when one is waiting for a home to be built.  He stays in touch with his clients and builder throughout the whole process to ensure a smooth and happy purchase experience.

Condo conversions have been huge recently, with the market pricing making a single family home purchase more difficult.  Adam constantly checks on new and existing projects to provide a wide variety of choices to clients. 

He may specialize in these markets, but he still provides a full range of sevices for any client.  With ePro and ABR designations, Adam understands the intricacies of selling and buying real estate better than many other agents.  It's not what he knows, it's how he applies it for the benefit of his clients.
