About Us:
My name is Susan Adduci and I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Flossmoor, IL. I have my BA degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. I have lived in the south suburbs of Chicago my entire life and know the real estate market in this area very well. My husband and I have personally bought and sold many homes, so I know the ins and outs of both sides of a real estate deal. I was named Rookie of the Year in 2006 for both the Flossmoor office and also for the South Chicago/Indiana/Michigan region of Coldwell Banker. I was also the top agent in units sold in my office in 2007 as well as being in the top 5% in volume and production. I am a Certified Negotiation Consultant and am trained to make sure that you get the best possible price on either the sale side or the purchase side of the transaction. My communication skills are above most, I am in constant contact with my clients making sure they know what is going on and are aware of every possible change or detail pertaining to what we may be working on at the time.
