Bio

My interest in real estate began about two decades ago when my Mom advised me to invest in raw land. Who knew that following her advice would lead to many wonderful opportunities where I would eventually pursue a career, and not just dabble in a hobby I found very interesting. I have always been intrigued with investments, how and why they worked, and also what caused them to fail.

Upon taking on my first investment feat at a very young age I was eager, and dived right in. The challenges that came my way were compared to natural disasters; in my mind. However; I had no choice, but to face each one “head on”; since I had borrowed money from the bank, and was now obligated to pay it back. I was building a duplex from the ground up, and had to follow through.

Somehow; I had to put the pieces of the puzzle together, and make it all work. Being responsible for the entire process; from the development of raw land to the very last shingle on the roof; provided intense and priceless "hands-on" experience. Hence began my real estate career.

Originally from the Bahamas; my childhood consisted of an adventurous island life. Floridas' close proximity to the Bahamas made for frequent trips to Miami, and I later found myself toggling between the two tropical shores.

In search of something different; latter years led me to attend college in Atlanta where I currently reside, and assist home buyers, sellers, tenants and investors with their specific real estate needs.
