A Great Broker Associate to Work With!

Began working for Coldwell Banker in 1999 for 3 years; then worked for Alain Pinel Realtors for 5; and now back at CB! The nearly 10 years in the business has been a wonderful career; and I'm just beginning!  Having moved around a lot as a kid; my mom continually "flipped" homes; so watching a shrewd investor in turn let me become a prudent investor; not only for myself; but most importantly; for my clients.

Being a military brat (dad, step-dad & father-in-law  "lifers" in the military, and having worked for American Airlines at the San Jose Airport, Honolulu Airport, Honolulu Reservations, occasionally working at the Maui Airport; I LOVE to travel and have a change of scenery!

Places I've lived in California: San Jose (Willow Glen); Morgan Hill, Gilroy (Eagle Ridge---the most amazing golf course community); and in San Martin. 

Have 2 amazing teens, both play music and sports; two Italian Greyhounds and married to a Silicon Valley exec. 
Hubby and I compete with the newest technology; so I was quite pleased when my wireless collapsible keyboard came in and my son thought it was for his dad :).....

I pride my self with the wide variety of properties I've sold (check out my history page); but it ranges from a home in Half Moon Bay; to a home in Toro Park (Hwy 68) that leads into Monterey Peninsula & Carmel.  I've also sold estates to country properties, raw land; spec homes, custom homes, single family homes, townhouses and condos.

Areas of Expertise

Is what I specialize in.  I love the high end/luxury homes; gated communities; but a home is where the heart is.

I've obtained my SRES (Senior RE Specialist) designation in preparation for the gracefully aging baby boomers; took a look at a Del Webb in Las Vegas.  (Of course I then had to preview other magnificent homes as well!)

 My next goal is to obtain my Hawaii State Broker's License.  Since I lived in Hawaii as a kid; then after college for 6 years; my husband's from there; it only makes sense to sell real estate there as well.  I travel quarterly to Oahu to check in on my mom and brother; so I thought it would be a good idea to help fellow agents to invest in their favorite location when they can take R&R!
