About Me:
I started in Real Estate in April 2004, just a week prior to the birth of my son, Lowden, who will be turning three this April 07. My wife and I moved from Truckee California, to the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York. At the urging of my Father-in-Law I got my real estate license and have not looked back. I work at Real Estate full time unlike most other agents in our area. I stay committed, and still find plenty of time for family. For the past two years I have consistently ranked in the top 3 of our agency for sales. My goal is to be number 1 consistently, like many others I am sure, but feel that since I am young, aggressive, and dedicated full time, that is a very attainable goal. I also have a strong beat on online real estate, as this is the new frontier for Realtors. I blog, with my colleague, about the goings-on of Adirondack Real Estate at http://adirondackrealtors.blogspot.com
Areas of Expertise
To be a successful Real Estate agent living and working in the Adirondacks, it is a must to be an expert in all areas of Real Estate. I help first time buyers find the perfect place to start their home ownership. I help investors of all sorts purchase exclusive waterfront property or simple multifamily homes. I help the builder looking for that fixer-upper to resell. I help the horse lover find that ideal piece of acreage for their new horse farm. I help the view chaser find that one perfect spot, perched at the edge of the High Peaks. There is no particular area I like most because I feel that servicing all areas and all people will help me know the market better, and ultimately become the best agent in the area. In my opinion it would be a disservice to focus on one particular area since our area is so vast, with many second homes and many people looking for their first home. I am a Real Estate agent who helps anyone, whether they are selling something, or buying anything.
