Our team works all over the Charleston, SC Metro Area, from the beaches (Kiawah, Seabrook, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Daniel Island, James Island, Johns Island, Folly Beach) to western and inner suburbs (West Ashley, Goose Creek, Charleston, North Charleston, Hanahan, Summerville, Mount Pleasant) and Downtown Historic Charleston.
Our specialty is the Mt. Pleasant market, both in new construction and existing stock. We regularly prepare market updates for our clients and allied resources (see following example). We pay particular attention to Belle Hall Plantation and Heron Pointe subdivisions.
We work about 70% with Buyer Clients and 30% with Listing Clients whom we devote our utmost attention. We have developed systems for buyers - according to their particular situation (i.e. out-of-towner, first time home buyer, etc.) and an effective marketing system for listings that has allowed our clients' listings to outperform the market.
Our Spanish language capability helps us better serve Hispanic clients.
