About Us:
I bring 12 years experience in international business and consulting, plus 9 years experience in Real Estate. I pride myself in delivering "legendary" service.
My engineering background, MBA in Marketing and diverse work experience give me the analytical ability, confidence and creativity to be able to solve problems that may appear daunting to others. I believe in long-term client relationships and use my communications skills to understand clients' needs and deliver customized solutions.

I believe success in real estate comes from: 20% sales skills, 50% relationship management and 30% problem solving. To be successful, one must have the skills and competencies to excel in these three areas. I work all over the Charleston, SC Metro Area, from the beaches (Kiawah, Seabrook, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Daniel Island, James Island, Johns Island, Folly Beach) to western and inner suburbs (West Ashley, Goose Creek, Charleston, North Charleston, Hanahan, Summerville, Mount Pleasant) and Downtown Charleston.
My specialty is the Mt. Pleasant market, both in new construction and existing stock. I regularly prepare market updates for my clients and allied resources (see following example). I pay particular attention to Belle Hall Plantation and Heron Pointe subdivisions.
I work 70% with Buyer Clients and 30% with Listing Clients whom I devote my full attention. I have developed systems for buyers - according to their particular situation (i.e. out-of-towner, first time home buyer, etc.) and also an effective marketing system for listings that has allowed my clients to outperform the market.
My Spanish language capability (I am fully bilingual) has allowed me to carve a second niche servicing the Hispanic clients.
