Delivering Results...
John Grasty is a REALTOR®, specializing in the residential real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the Tri-Cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. Here is a sample testimonial received recently.
He is also known throughout Metro Vancouver for his leadership and advocacy, especially on behalf of leaky condo owners since 1998.
Focusing on informing and helping clients protect themselves is my personal preference; this is what I strive to be recognized for, how I continue to build my reputation, and why I get referred. The power of Real Estate Evolved.
"No matter how nice Realtors are or might appear, a smiling vanity shot on the back of a bus, bench, or some other public location, including some very unusual places, is not where most people are likely to be selecting their Realtor from."
"While the standard repetitive 'head-shot' public recognition formula might be considered good marketing in some circles, personally I don't, and perhaps this approach underestimates, and could even be considered disrespectful of, the general public."
"You'll see that my choice and emphasis is quite different. From my perspective, real estate is not about the Realtor; it is about helping clients."
Find out how the combined value of John's services and experience not only surpass the higher standards demanded by Buyers and Sellers, but they are delivered without additional premiums.
Competitive Edge...
In its 2008 Home Buyer/Seller Study, J.D. Power and Associates named Prudential Real Estate as having the "Highest Satisfaction for Home Sellers Among National Full Services Real Estate Firms."
Since moving offices to Prudential earlier this year, John has been enjoying the added leverage of the Prudential brand and has earned Prudential Real Estate's eCertified designation, the first-of-its-kind in the real estate industry.
With access to the latest real estate sales and marketing technology, eCertifiedâ sales professionals are recognized by the Prudential Real Estate Network as the industry's most responsive, consumer-focused transaction facilitators with the tools to maintain regular communication with today's busy home buyer or seller.
In addition, an internet presence today is absolutely essential. Take the time to Google the name of any Realtor you are considering and view the results before making a decision. You are welcome to check me out here.
"While reducing or neutralizing the risks of real estate equates to good business, many buyers and sellers are just plain lucky when 'rolling the dice' in the real estate market."
With all the responsibilities of buying and selling real estate, the need for risk management is more crucial than ever. Many will continue to attend John's seminars and better understand how to protect themselves.
As an example, John shares his experience to help all buyers avoid buying a leaky condo. Some Realtors also use John as a valuable resource, and others have reproduced John's materials in their blogs and as handouts to their clients. More and more Metro Vancouver Buyers and Sellers like the competitive advantages of Real Estate Evolved offered through John's unique skills, as well as his specialized knowledge and experience (that others do not offer and cannot be taught).
Industry & Community Involvement...
As a volunteer, and being in the real estate profession, John remains closely in touch with his community. Speaking with many people daily he understands what's good for clients is good for business, so John takes a keen interest in housing related issues that affect home ownership.
John is the 2008-2009 President for Consumer Advocacy and Support for Homeowners in BC, known as CASH Society, and serves on the Advisory Council for Canadians for Properly Built Homes (CPBH), a national, not-for-profit corporation dedicated to healthy, safe, durable, and energy efficient residential housing for Canadians, and the only organization of its kind in Canada. To stay abreast of housing related issues, sign up for the free CPBH e-newsletter at http://canadiansforproperlybuilthomes.com/.
As a Co-founder of the Coalition of Leaky Condo Owners (COLCO), John also assisted as a researcher and contributor to the Leaky Rotten Condo List.
John's lifelong pastime has been volunteering and since moving to BC with his family in 1989 he has remained active in the Tri-Cities area. His background includes:
"Advocacy on behalf of homeowners really gives me a knowledge base and access to resources which others simply don't have. In addition, my real estate services involve a kind of risk management, self-assessment method, where the client is directed in their own disclosure and due diligence when selling or buying (although of course, there are no absolute guarantees)."
See how John's brochure successfully captures some of those things which make him quite unique from other Realtors.
