About me

 

I'm a North Idaho Realtor who knows what she's doing and does it! 

That's why many of my clients and colleagues know they can “Count” on me, Jodi “Counts”.  This is a pretty bold catch phrase that came about when I would get client testimonials back with them mentioning they could always count on me for anything that they needed with real estate or otherwise.  I decided awhile back if I was going to have the courage to use "Count"on me! in my marketing, I better be able to deliver.  That's why I make an over the top effort to make sure, I am your Realtor and that you can “Count” on me.  I study hard to be intelligent and informed in the areas I service.  My defined markets are Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum and outlying areas of Idaho.  I am also licensed in Washington State.  If by chance you are in a market that I don't service, I will gladly refer you to someone else who will give you the superstar performance you deserve and expect.  This way, you're still getting the best, even if it means it's not me!

Been there done this since 2007!  I know people, property and other important factors to help you accomplish your objective whether you're buying or selling! My objective is to make your buying and/or selling experience as fun and easy for you as possible.  That's why I can video properties for you to preview on YOUTUBE or insure your listing appears on the first page of Google.  Technology is one of the biggest factors that sets me apart from the majority of my competition.  That's why buying or selling North Idaho & Washington state real estate is not an issue when doing so near or afar.

You can expect great service and some fun too!  Whether buying or selling we're going to have a good time doing it so the process is both productive and enjoyable.   When it's time to gets down to business, I know how to put my "serious" hat on to help you negotiate and handle those pesky problems that can come up around closing.

• Started my real estate career in 2007 in Spokane, WA and shortly after acquired my Idaho State real estate license after moving to Idaho in 2007.

 

• Graduated from SWOCC (Southwestern Oregon College) with a degree Associate Applied Science RMA.  I worked in the medical field as an RMA with a Family practice doctor, Internist and finally a Surgeon.  I love working with people and that carries over in to my real estate career.
• Love the water...love to sell waterfront properties.
• Don't know how to play golf...but I love to sell golf course properties.
• Prefers pie over cake.
• Prefers wine over beer.
• Will eat steak...lobster...hamburgers and hot dogs but hot dogs only about 2-3 times a year.
• Favorite football team...San Francisco 49ers...regardless of their coach...
• Love to snorkel.
• Grew up in Southern Oregon.
• Veteran of the United States Navy and honorably discharged.
• Eternal optimistic.
• Love snow...when I can ski on it. 
• I am newly married to a wonderful man.  I have two children.  One in college and one in middle school, both great kids.
• My favorite  restaurant is anything Mexican or Chinese.
• I have two dogs... a wiener/pug and Pug mix of some sort ...those girls are most fun dogs I have ever owned.
• I have a cat...she is outside by her choice.  I have tried to get her to come inside but she is stubborn and loves her freedom. Ha-ha
• If I were a superhero, my superpower would be triggered when someone tries to tell me I can't do something.
