In the 27 years that I have enjoyed helping both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs my specialty has been in simply taking an interest in what their needs might be. They want the best for themselves and their families!
Keeping up with the educational courses and the practicing the skills needed to better serve my clients has been an ongoing challenge and my real estate goal. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), also the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and have been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certification
I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and moved to Venice, Florida as a teen. I proudly became an U.S. citizen in 1976. The move later to Inverness, Fl 1979 was good one and now we are enjoying our move to the Upstate area of South Carolina at Seneca and Lake Keowee in Oconee County, S.C. I married my husband, Gareth in 1971, and we have 2 grown daughters Lisa and Alice and some "real fun" grandchildren in Florida.
One look at the area called the "Upstate" in South Carolina and especially beautiful Lake Keowee was all it took to want me to move to this one-of-a-kind area. We love boating and jet skiing on this spectacular lake.
I have worked full-time in the real estate market since 1982 and have seen the market do some sharp ups$ and downs$ so I am able to view the market as a whole and can hopefully help you in your real estate needs.
