About Us:
I'm a loan officer living and working in Sacramento, and have been in the mortgage industry since July of 1984. Having seen the good and the bad times in the market, I'm prepared to weather the current credit crisis. After taking some time to get over a physical ailment, I've come to appreciate the gifts that we are all given in this country. To that end, I have started a free to join site called Agentspayingforward.com. The site is designed to foster networking for business, with charitable giving. You join the site, choose a charity, and network with that charity. Every time you close a transaction, you donate (pay it forward) to the charity. Now that FHA loans are back in vogue, it feels like going back to my roots. I have done hundreds of FHA and VA loans, and probably about the same amount of conventional loans.
