I pay YOU referral fees on any client you send to me each time that client closes a transaction using me as his real estate agent or auction agent.  This provides a continuing income stream for you from your past clients who have moved on. I am licensed to sell real estate in Nebraska. I conduct Commercial property, Farm & Ranch Sales & Auctions throughout Nebraska. If your client has commercial property, a farm, or ranch land to sell or buy & you do not cover that area, please call me. 80 acres & up on farm ground being listed for sale unless it is to be auctioned, then I will do small land listings.  

I will do land auctions nationwide. If you need me and I am not licensed in your state to sell or auction, I can get licensed for the right project...Or I can refer you to someone if you prefer.

If you have equipment to auction, I can refer you to quality equipment auctioneers throughout Nebraska, the Midwest, United States, Canada, Mexico, & Central & S. America. 

Land, Commercial Property, Large equipment, Farm equipment, Aircraft, etc.  If you are licensed, you can make money on referring not only real estate to me but also the equipment auctions. You do not need to have a real estate license to refer equipment to me and receive a referral fee when it sells. I can make you great money on your referrals. I have been licensed to sell real estate since 1992.
