ABOUT KAY
Kay is a life-long resident of the Brazos Valley, born in Bryan. She has been a real estate broker since 1973. During the 1970's and 1980's, Kay owned and operated her own real estate company McCool-Hogard Realty and was a consistent top producer, specializing in residential sales and marketing. She keeps current on real estate trends and market chanages to better serve buyers and sellers.

Education is something Kay has always believed in, as evidenced by her strong desire to obtain her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in English in 1994 and Master's Degree in Education in 1997 at Texas A&M University as a non-traditional older student. In addition to real estate, Kay has taught English as a Second Language to International students at Texas A&M and for Literacy Volunteers of America. Working with International students, taught her about other cultures and made her better understand the challenges they face when they live in the U.S., sometimes unable to speak English. It always gave Kay a sense of accomplishment to help others learn to speak and understand English.

Kay is married to Clay Perry, a deputy for the Brazos County Sheriff's Department. She and Clay have four grown daughters, and seven grandchildren. Her hobbies include blogging, making jewelry, watching TV with her husband, and playing computer games.
