About Us:
I am a licensed agent and Realtor in Charlotte, NC for the past two years. Currently I work for two top producing agents managing multiple aspects of each of their individual businesses. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, I am also an accredited staging professional(ASP) to help our sellers put their best foot forward.
I know it is somewhat unusual to see a "team member" on ActiveRain instead of an individual agent. I take my role in their businesses very seriously and want do everything I can to help them improve and grow. We have developed extensive systems for completing shorts sales in a quick and effective manner. Our average time on market for our short sale listing is less than 30 days. We also average less than 45 days for bank approval.
Although listings are the majority of our business, we truely enjoy working with first-time and move-up buyers. We maintian a high level of in depth knowledge about neighborhoods in our area and mortgage programs.
