Federal Way Real Estate Agent - Debi Braulik

I am a Washington native and have lived in the greater Seattle area all my life. Specifically, I was born and raised in Des Moines, WA and then moved to the Milton / Edgewood area so I know the South King County and North Pierce County areas very well. 

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked for nearly 15 years in the airline industry; the last two of them I also worked as a residential real estate appraiser.  I appraised homes from Olympia to Everett and everywhere in between. In November of 2004, I left both the airline industry and appraising behind me and became a full time real estate agent / Realtor.  I am with the Keller Williams Realty office in Federal Way, WA.

What is unique about me and my services is that because of my strong appraisal background I am able to provide my clients with the utmost details, facts, and analysis of their home purchase or sale so that they can make informed decisions.  My appraisal background has also given me some very strong tools for helping my clients see the bigger picture of buying and selling real estate and how it relates to value in the future.

I specialize in residential sales. I do not work with commercial clients but I can refer you to some great commercial real estate agents if that's what you need.

I am a HUD registered Selling Broker which means you can make a bid on a HUD (government / bank ) owned homes with confidence. I have gone through the process many times with buyers.

It's all part of the job for me to take pictures or videos, meet service people, contractors, inspectors, etc while you are still out of the area.

If I am representing you in selling your home, I will monitor your competition weekly. I will communicate to you how many homes have gone under contract, how many homes are in your price bracket, and what the absorption rate is. That way you know exactly where you stand.  

I have helped clients buy or sell homes in Ravensdale, Renton, Kent, Covington, Auburn, Enumclaw, Des Moines, Tacoma, Sumner, Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Fife, Edgewood, Milton, Spanaway, Univerisy Place, Seatac, South Seattle, Gig Harbor, and even Woodland and Longview.  The majority of my business is from referral so I go where my clients need me to go. And since I look at each real estate transaction like an appraiser does, I feel comfortable doing so.
