As a licensed Real Estate Broker and Co-Manager of Real Living Helios Realty, River North office, Andrew has more than 13 years experience as a real estate professional.  In addition, has worked concurrently as a licensed mortgage banker for the past 11 years, adding another layer of experience to his background. 

As it pertains to real estate, Andrew has been involved in many facets of the industry; including commercial and residential real estate sales, leasing, and management and lending.  He has been integral in structuring hundreds of transactions for his clients over the years.  Additionally, he is a real estate investor and rehabilitator.   As well as a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors.

His prior experience includes serving and Honorably Discharged from the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist Second Class and Naval Search and Rescue Swimmer.  Responsibilities included Command and Division Fitness Coordinator and Division Damage Control Officer of which, he was in charge of the management and safety of the ships physical and mechanical readiness.

He is very active in his community and volunteers frequently.  Most recently; Andrew spent a week in New Orleans, assisting in the cleanup of the Hurricane Katrina aftermath.  "It was like nothing I have ever experienced, as you are traveling through the streets you see vacant homes, cars, boats, children's toys strewn everywhere; it was the most heart-wrenching sights I've ever seen.  I look forward to going back to lend a hand again!"
