About Us:

 

I have lived on the Kenai Peninsula since 1978 and My love for the community has inspired a passion for what I do. I have been an active Realtor since 1989 and became a Broker and founder of Alaskan Homes and Properties Realty in 2002. My life has evolved around real estate most of my life. I have worked for oil companies regarding leases, the State of Alaska Division of Lands, the Title company, and the legal system all which  revolved around the real estate industry. I have also bought and sold several homes in my personal life. My Brokerage has involved contracting with several Realtors in the last five years, taking care of all the administrative duties involved in the office, plus listing and selling homes and properties on the Kenai Peninsula.

My husband and I moved to Juneau Alaska in 1973 from Wyoming. (I am originally from Nashville, Tennessee) After a year and a half in Juneau, we moved to Anchorage, Alaska. In 1978, our family moved to Kenai, Alaska. It is a wonderful place to raise a family. I know the area and I would be very instrumental in helping others find a home or a parcel of land to build their dream home. I presently have 3 Realtors working out of my office which is located in the heart of Kenai.

I feel that my specific area of expertise is finding the right home for the right family or individual. I enjoy meeting people finding out what their real estate needs are and concentrating on meeting those desires and needs whether it is selling their homes and properties or helping them find a home or property. I enjoy listing the executive homes but I think my biggest satisfaction is helping those "first time buyers" find their first home. They are so excited and I am excited for them because I remember buying my first home and actually becoming a part of the American Dream.

I enjoy being the owner and Broker of my company and being able to negotiate the sale between the buyer and seller. I am a very honest person and I deal fairly with both parties. I also have some very knowledgeable Realtors who make the potential buyers and sellers feel comfortable. Your business would be appreciated. KEEP THE FAITH.
