Anne Lakusta in KW Leadership Role
Lakusta enjoys her position as Market Center Team Leader with Keller Williams. Lakusta has 15 years of real estate experience in the area. Prior to joining Keller Williams leadership, Lakusta headed The Anne Lakusta Team with 4 licensed agents, listing coordinator and marketing assistant. Lakusta was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2004 and in 2007 & 2008 was recognized for Platinum Club level production. Anne Lakusta served in an elected capacity on the Lewisville ISD Board of Trustees from 1994 - 2003, and as its President from 1998 - 2003. The school district encompassed 11 cities & towns including Flower Mound, Double Oak, Lewisville, North Carrollton and western Plano, which increased Lakusta's knowledge of the area, its schools, roadways & neighborhoods tremendously. Lakusta was on the Board of Directors for the Children's Advocacy Center for Denton County from 2004 - 2008, and was the Capital Campaign chair 2007-08. Lakusta is an active member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce and St. Ann's Church in Coppell. With a BA degree in Economics from Wake Forest University and most recently completing her certification training as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, Lakusta has a unique combination of business, area and real estate expertise that benefits both her agents and their clients.
