About Myself
I am happily married with 2 energetic children, a great dog and 3 horses. Being a lifelong resident of the DuBois area, I actively take part in local sports, school, community events and local charities.
I started selling Real Estate 6 years ago on a whim. I didn't realize how much more a Realtor does for their client besides finding a house - that is when the real work begins! Treasure Lake
Treasure Lake is a gated resort community located in the heart of Pennsylvania. It is often referred to as Pennsylvania's best kept secret. Located just outside DuBois, PA, off route 255N, in Sandy Township. It is zoned as a private residential development. The Bylaws of the Property Owners Association and the Declaration of Restrictions are available upon request. An annual assessment to maintain the development is paid on each lot and is currently at $580/yr, payable May 1 of each year. Amenities include two lakes, two golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, boat docks, riding stables, etc. Additional fees are charged for some of these and I would be happy to provide you with any additional information about Treasure Lake.
