At Island Digital Images we are dedicated to providing our clients with high quality, cost effective Virtual Tour Marketing with an emphasis on customer service. Our Internet Marketing includes full utilization of cutting edge virtual tours, video tours, and the usage of our Turbo Charged Media Exposure Engine to create visibility of our clients properties to prospects around the world by harnessing the power of the internet.
To have a successful internet marketing plan you must have three primary tenets included in your plan. These areas include first-class product presentation, strong distribution, and a reporting mechanism to help you monitor your marketing progress. Island Digital Images marketing plan focuses on all three of these tenets.
Island Digital Images is an Affiliate Member to the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors and a member of the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce.
Overview of Our Real Estate Marketing Plan
Each of our Virtual Tours and Video Tours are based on quality photography. The photos that we take are the center piece of the Internet Marketing Plan we take a great deal of pride and care when photographing and producing each virtual tour and video tour. In essence we treat each property as if it was our own.
Once we create our Virtual Tour and Video Tour for a specific property we recommend a good solid distribution plan. The Virtual Tour Marketing plan must fit in with the overall marketing plan for the property. Typically the Internet Marketing Plan includes visibility to the virtual tour through the local MLS listing, the Realtors Web Site, the Brokerage Web Site, other real estate listing sites such as Realtor.com and web sites such as Craigslist, Google Base, Vast Real Estate, HotPads, Oodle, Zillow, and Trulia through our Media Exposure Engine. In addition many times these marketing plans include the usage of nontraditional but high volume sites such as You Tube through our Turbo Charged Media Exposure Engine. We offer many other marketing options for our Virtual Tours including Single Property Web Sites, Custom Domain Names, Sign Riders and Agent Voiceovers to further customize our product.
After the marketing plan is put into place we then provide weekly hit reports that show activity for the virtual tour to the realtor or business owner. This allows monitoring of tour activity to help determine the effectiveness of any marketing adjustments made throughout the life of the virtual tour.
